Added English translation, more PEP8 compliant

This has 2 new radio buttons one for only Mandarin and the other for only English and formatted it to follow PEP8 guidelines much more, not fully PEP8 but 80% to 90% of the way there..
Don't be alarmed by all the new lines it's mostly from PEP8 adding parameters and function calls on there own newlines.
It also comes from the translated text which doubles the original text, which I assume is Mandarin?
