Improve model card: Add pipeline tag, library name, and enhance links & citation

This PR improves the model card for CompassVerifier by:

Adding the pipeline_tag: text-classification to the metadata, which ensures the model appears in relevant searches and has the correct inference widget on the Hub.
Adding library_name: transformers to indicate compatibility with the 🤗 Transformers library, enabling the "Use in Transformers" widget.
Updating the main <h1> title to accurately reflect the paper's full title.
Filling in the empty paper link to the official Hugging Face Paper page (https://huggingface.co/papers/2508.03686) for improved discoverability.
Correcting the license badge link to align with the apache-2.0 license specified in the metadata and on the GitHub repository.
Updating the citation section with the more comprehensive BibTeX entry from the official GitHub repository.
