commercial licence for s1-mini?

Hi, I have a chat bot that is in need of a good tts model, s1-mini is exactly what I want, is there a way for me to obtain a commercial licence? I don't want to use the s1 API.
Same here curious to know the range prices of a s1-mini licence for my project.
